Company Ambassador: Nathan Sharpe
Sharpe produced another superb season for the club in 2011 to confirm his status in the top echelon of second rowers in world rugby. Already the most capped Emirates Western Force player, Sharpe became the most capped player in Super Rugby history, surpassing George Gregan, and finished last season just three shy of 150 games. The veteran’s durability was also evident as he set a new club mark with 53 consecutive caps although an ankle injury in the penultimate round saw him miss the club’s final outing. After helping the Wallabies claim the 2011 Tri-Nations title he earned selection at his third World Cup campaign (2003/2007/2011) and will mark his 100th Test caps should he play against the All Blacks in the semi-final in Auckland. The lineout maestro signed a new one year deal to remain in Western Australia in 2012 and will be again be a vital cog for the club in his 15th Super Rugby campaign. Nathan represents ET Mining Solutions on and off the field as the company ambassador.
